We lost a good friend today. Mark Cain (Cain360) has pass away. He was a farther, a brother and a good friend to alot of people. He will be missed but not forgotten. Rest in peace Mark Cain.
 
How sad. My heart goes out to his family and glad I was able to wheel with him and his daughter recently...
 
RIP good buddy! He was such a great man, and will be missed by so many

Edit: I think a memorial run is necessary in his honor

In just the few short years we were lucky enough to know you we were able to create some of the best memories with you while out in the woods..you are such an incredible and inspirational man and you will forever be in our hearts and missed by many. I actually met mark at a softball tournament about 4 years ago in lacey where he was watching his nephew play. He saw my 4 runner in the parking lot and was walking around trying to figure out who it belonged to. Well, he found me and couldn't wait to start gabbing about wheeling. He told me about this site and I joined that day. There wasn't a single time he didn't show up when I told him we were going out. Him and my son actually where quite good buddys. Mark always made for an enjoyable day and it was so incredible to have known him. Sorry for the ramble I'm just really torn up over the loss and it's all I can think about
 
RIP Mark. I only recently had the pleasure of wheeling with Mark we had a great time.
 
RIP Mark and condolences to his family. I'm glad I got to know him and he will always be in my wheeling memories.
 
I am thankful to have one of the last hoods he made and beautiful paint on my 55 from him.

You were a talented & great man.

Rest in peace Mark.
My passes in Vegas will be for you.
 
RIP Mark, I suppose the only solace is that ALS is a terrible way to go. I've seen people last longer than Mark and I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. I'm glad he doesn't have to suffer though it's hard to see such a great guy go.
 
RIP Mark glad I had the pleasure of spending some quality time wheelin with such an awesome guy. Thoughts are with his friends and family :booo:
 
RIP Mark. Definitely a great guy in general and always had a big old grin on his face while out on the trails and he was always good for trail entertainment and funny times watching him flog "Shurly" the blue Toyota. I remember one day at Walker he was 25 feet into the first trail of the first day and on his lid already. He will definitely be missed by all of us who were fortunate enough to know him and wheel with him and I wish I could have wheeled with him more than the 4-5 times I did.

X2.....I think there should be one day where folks from all over hit their respective area in remembrance of this awesome man...Why not give him a great sendoff by honoring him at all the areas he's been?!? :awesomework:
 
Very sad. Not on here often so I had not seen this yet.

I met Mark at the Longfield memorial run a couple years ago. Was a very nice guy and fun to be around. You could tell he loved the outdoors and being with good people who enjoyed the same passion for weelin that he did.

I randomly ran into him a couple other time at Elbe and we always ended up running most the day together.

Very cool easy going guy who will be missed.

RIP Mark.
