Taken by htc rhyme s510b, it is the best photo I took!

That sucks! At least on a new car you've got full coverage!

Yeah but mine is only paying for me putting it in the ditch not the rear-end that totalled it, so now I have to deal with another adjuster and try to get paid for the rest + take the hit of buying another one.

Went for a bike ride today. There was still snow on the trail and the lake was frozen solid.

I don't have any motorized projects any more so lately I have been making stuff. Made this knife this past weekend with the stand. The blade I bought off ebay. All Walnut wood, same piece.

Got home and looked out the window and saw this:

Had another taller tree about ready to go over as well, this one was heading right for our fence.

Tried winching the tree off the old Ford with the FJ and it just kept dragging me. I finally had to chain the back of the FJ to a tree and run a snatch block over to it. Finally got it lifted enough that I could drag the truck out of the way.

Once I let the tree down it got stuck in some other trees, so I just left it there until I dealt with the other tree.

I repositioned the FJ and started witching the other tree back away from the fence.

It took a 90* and fell over right along the fence line.

I hooked back up to the first tree and started winching it back, got it straight up and it fell back towards the field.

FJ - 2
Trees - 0

The old FJ never gets out on the trail anymore, but it has always been a hell of a log skidded. :redneck:
