The weather was beautiful.
The crowd was huge.

And yet I sold far fewer, and for far less money than in years past. And a few of my buddies had worse days than I.

But I got to see a lot of folks I don't see often, and for that I'm very happy.

Seemed more people were shopping for "angry eyes" grill shells, and LED light bars than in years past. Also seemed like prices were marked up for the sunny weather, a lot.

The internet has killed used parts/swap meet sales.

Once all the rednecks got their boss to buy them a smart fone, the market changed.

Unless your selling lights, tools, or shirts the swapmeet has kinda fell off.

TONS of empty booths. TONS

I lost interest last year when they started closing off vendor parking in the back. Spent last weekend messing around in the garage. I didn't need any light bars or suspension tabs and the people I see down there I'll see in a campground soon enough. Dealing with the Puyallup fairgrounds just isn't worth it for any kind of show/swap meet.

Hopefully the Moonshiners have a plan to move their event to a less obsolete venue.

I didnt see JW or Gorege down there this year. Were they there?

Like prior years I went down with really no need of anything--just a "what if I see".

I only bought another tree strap lol.

You do know why they did that? I am pretty sure due to dumbass's who were out there making a muddy mess and not by mistake either...
