Guy found dead at reiter....Weird story.

From what im gathering from the news and ppl who helped with SAR the bronco me and paulie saw earlier is the same bronco they found off the cliff with the body in it. now im unsure at this point to whos body was found (cowboy, or the kid) the Seattle times says it was a 24 year old male from camano island, named Aaron Stomer. Paulie and i never caught thier names when we ran into them so until we see an obituary with a pic i coulnt tell you which one it was.

the story is related due to the fact we saw both of them maybe an hour before one of the guys called a friend saying he was stuck in his rig somewhere in reiter and didnt know where he was. Next thing that happened was SAR and the sherrifs went out looking, and found the bronco and a body hours later.
 
So theres a missing person.......where's fawking CSI now. Man:mad:
 
i dont think theres a missing person or sar and the sheriff would still be looking. they found one body and im not sure where the other guy or even which one he is went, im guessing he took off or is working with the proper authorities is why hes not missing.......confusing yes!!!!

Ask your MAC dealer about it. One of his other customers knew the guy.

I need Paulie and JeepNgurl to pm me their contact info so I can pass it along to the SAR deputy. I just talked to him and he is interested on contacting both of you for more info.

Mr drinkypoo was older, Not the young kid they found. I still say mr drinkypoo wandered off into the woods after wrecking his rig and is gonna be pushing up daisy's soon.
 
I think that is the big concern at the moment. Of course one would hope that somebody would have filed a missing persons report by now if that was the case.
 
The only fight to my thought is tracking the dood down by his license plate. Maybee Paulie/Nike could clear the smoke with some knoweldge from the authorities.

i was talking to a guy about trading my soft top and we ended up on this subject. turns out the mom of the boy that died (the one jeepn girl an them seen) works for this guy. the boy told them he was left out there by some people. turns out he was actually there wheelin with another rig. he wrecked his rig of the side of a cliff and his friend rolled down another part of reiter. im not sure what happened to the other guy, but it sounds like the boy they saw in the middle of the road that wanted a ride was just too embarrassed or in shock or something from having his toyota go off a cliff that he didnt tell anyone. the mom thinks he didnt tell them because he didnt want to get in trouble. i guess the mom knows nothing about the bronco or the drunk guy though..

I gave emailed the guy the link for this forum and he said he would pass it along. Really sucks.. i guess it was her only son and she knows nothing about his death.

Official word from a SAR deputy was that the case is not closed yet and information gathered here including phone numbers has been submitted to detectives.

We had training in the trails by the radio tower today so we discussed it a little.
 
I have lost 90% of my faith in the system..

The system IS NOT for the law abiding---hard working individuals but those who can cheat/manipulate it...

X2 its incredable how much BS people can actually get away with/manipulate the system so much and weesle them selfs out and get off scottfree..:rolleyes:

I went up today and found where the kid died and as I thought it was at the very top of the power lines--and it was on the steeper side. I don't care what you have for a cage--your going to die going over that edge.

Here was something in rememberance of the kid killed

Here is just to the right of the cross. The picture does not do it justice as its an easy 70 degrees steep. You can see 2 tire marks over the edge--but that might have been from search and rescue. There are no signs of anything over the edge so the rigs still WAY down at the bottm(easy 500ft)

This is directly across where the old hill climb used to be(thats now closed off) to give you a perspective of where it happened...

SAR doesn't have anything to drag up something that large. All rigging was done by hand. The track marks may have been from the SAR deputy because he tied off to his jeep and rapeled down before the main SAR units arrived.
 
I have searched the obituaries daily and still nothing has come up with his name so im still unsure at this point which one of the guys it was
