I'll try that thanks. I actually tried something similar on the bolt. I installed a star washer between the bolt and the mount, that worked for quite awhile. Didn't think of doing something simlar to the bushing sleeve its self.
It is only the lower mount that is giving me trouble.
I had not thought about a self locking nut, but I have tried red locktite and that helped some, but the bolt still loosened enough to allow the track bar to move back and forth.

Paulie, Thanks for the offer. I am not ready to Reiter permantly autogragh my rig yet:D
I have some freinds coming and we will be doing some of the easier stuff. If we see you guys up there I'll stop and introduce myself.

I've done Isabel to the end, sac up, the poop shoot, the wall trail, and a little bit of the rock garden. I...
I have a coworker from India that would like to do a wheeling trip while he is here. I would like to do isabel and possibly sac up. Is anyone interested?
I have a 2004 unlimited that I put a suspension lift, body lift, tires and a SYE in. The dealership I bought my rig from has addresses a half a dozen warrenty claims since then w/o question. They just won't work on the aftermarket stuff.
They fixed a wiring issue, replaced the oil pan gasket...
I thought about the RE track bar, I have the extreme duty one in the front. But I read a couple of reviews that indicated that rear track bar threads for adjusting the length seize easily.
