    Yup ditto Push the input shaft in and I bet it doesn't rub. So when its bolted to the tranny holds it back.

    I seen a bad ass black lifted on yesterday on i -5 by the Tacoma mall. Looked like they were coming back from wheeling. It was the tallest one I have ever seen.

    You can do the pan gasket with everything in. I just did one a few months ago. Gotta weasel it out though. And a + for the grey or black rtv, and yes the right stuff works good too But without the gasket I think I would try and make a new one to rtv in place.

    front digging on a tractive surface trying to dragg the rear end. but do what you need to do, they are hand to have to hold while negotiating down hill with a clutch.

    Sure if you use them on a toy diff. I don't and I have set up a ton of them. Just wasn't sure cuz he said he bought the gears used. Carry on.

    Are you just slipping that pinion head bearing off? Its supposed to be pressed on! And you may need the thick spacer between the bearing and pinion if there isn't one.

    You can buy a motor for less then $100 on eBay. I had mine rebuilt years ago, that cost me $100.

    My buggy was good to go mike. I used it there in the tough trucks a couple years ago with no issues. As for alchohl, they had an issue in the pits a few years ago and a chic in a beamer ran into a trailer almost hitting people due to drinking. Yes in the pit area!
