I put led taillights on my xj using a taillight converter and a different flasher. When my headlights are on, the right blinker flashes extremely slow. What's causing this?

I built custom tail light boxes for my xj and used LED stop/tail/turn lights. I bought a taillight converter since my xj had separate stop/turn bulbs. Everything is working fine except when I use the blinkers, they light up brighter but do not flash. Do I need a different flasher even though...

I've got some 1" thick steel i was going to use to make d-ring recovery points out of, like the ones from tmr that go all the way through the bumper and welded on both sides. I got a quote to get them water jetted out and they want $125. Seeing As how i can buy them for $40/pair, that ain't...
