Overview

The radiator is located where it should be too! just sitting there but it's a good reference for when it's all done.

Not too close, the fans will be on the low side of the radiator I think pushing up , although I might put them on the top side and have them pull... might look better and help protect the top side of the radiator.

Just got done making the first bendy thing for water to pass through on it's way to and from the motor thing.:awesomework: will have pics later tonight....:corn:

Ok, so i didn't get as much done as i'd hoped, but there was progress nonetheless:D

Here is the first piece of tube stuff, heading towards the front along the frame rail, it will connect into a piece of flex hose, through a section of boxed frame, then back to hard line for a bit then up to the motor. The upper hose will have a 90 deg. rubber line heading straight down into a piece of hard line into the frame above the lower tube and through and up the frame rail the same as the first.

I also went ahead and got bored (A.D.D. kicked in...:haha: ) and attached my electric fans to the radiator, i didn't realize the first time i looked at them that they had a super cool red bow tie emblem on them, so of course I had to line it up so it could be seen:redneck:

Now the pics...

Freshly bent tube...

I ran a small bead around the end for a lip, so the hose as less of a chance to slide off. (i didn't get pics of this...)

p.s. I know it looks misaligned in the pic... that is because it's just resting in there, it will/does line up..

Still a long ways to go, but it's getting there, next up (prolly next weekend) the BLINGIN' and i mean BLINGIN' :redneck: fuel setup goes in...

Stay Tuned: :corn: :corn: :corn:

Got my fuel line and fittings in over the weekend, still waiting on the fittings for the TBI though... should have ordered them earlier, i now have to wait until mid march for them:mad:

Got my passenger seat tacked in place last night, will have pics tonight, after it's fully in.:cheer: then start more work on rocker support on the drivers side as the pass. side is almost done. I want to get the heavy welding out of the way before i route my fuel lines in and have to worry about destroying them...:corn:

Looks nice Diggin the Luv, Heres my sisters luv, I know you wish yers was this badass:redneck:

Got a little more done last night, tacked in a bar for my shocks to mount to, along with cut out all the rest of my rocker tie-in bars. welded almost fully up the pass. side (still have to lif the body up to finish the top half of the welds) then weld in the driver's side bars and i will begin routing fuel line up that side (didnt want to be welding on that side of the frame rail and have to worry about ruining my fuel lines:redneck: . then it's onto finishing up the water and it SHOULD run. :corn:

OOPS!!! the sawzall got away from me! I also had time to make the end caps for the rockers, just not weld them on. time for some more tube...:corn:
