• Help Support Hardline Crawlers :

Back to square one.......

It still doesnt appear to have enough clearance at full stuff.... :eeek:

That's an easy fix (if it's real). Leave the mounts exactly the same, but change the tabs. Instead of the ones you see, make a set with two holes in 'em. One hole exactly where the existing hole is, and another hole about an inch higher. The mounting tab remains shaped the same, but gives two different mounting heights. Gives you some options down the road if you find some other interference issues.

How much header/driveshaft clearence do you have? You could off set the engine to the driver side, or reduce axle seperation alittle could be any easy fix. Keep up the good work clark the buggy is looking really good.:awesomework:

I'm going to do some homework on the DS and work on some more brackets until i figure it out.

Is that a new style of stinger :eeek: Maybe for pole vaulting or jousting:haha: Looking kinda tight in there clark. Put it together take it apart repeat, repeat, repeat

1peice front drive shafts are so 1980's tech anyways:fawkdancesmiley::fawkdancesmiley:

Does your chassis normally use a 1 piece. I would be suprised if that was std practice.

Hey pook, how far did you clock your atlas? Any pics of your pillow block? I've got a 2 peice front shaft already, but i need to probably modify the length to fit this chassis.

If you where talking about my buggy it does not have a one piece front DS.
All of my buggies have had drivelinetech two peice front shafts.

I'm an local290 HVAC tech. Who are you and what do you build?:fawkdancesmiley:

You put Drivelinetech d-shafts in HVAC?

It was two simple questions that were asked becasue I have no idea of who you are or what buggies you build.

I'm Jackazz....no wait...Jobless...no wait...???

This is my buggy

It does OK
. I am not the owner of drivelinetech, but i will only run his drive shafts.
