The trail is looking sweet! Rocks are always a good time.
Look forward to seeing it in person.
Thanks to everybody who helped out.

Casey, aka "skinny pedal" is donating some better tires for the trailer. One side had the tube sticking out.

Yep. Better mechanic than operator. Thanks for all your hard work this weekend. I hope we can get some equipment up there to finish the job.
Wilbilt and I will start working on our bosses.......................

Casey and Luey...

You both offered to come out during the week to help. Baring any unexpected changes Ralph can go back out with his excavator repaired on Friday. I can't make it. I've talked with Jason and he is a "most likely" but not for sure.

We need to get the rest of the work completed on the upper section. You guys saw what we were doing and a little about how we were doing it last weekend. Ralph knows nothing about what we need but has the ability to do exactly what we want if he's given good directions.

Can you guys make it up there Friday and spend the day with Ralph on that section of the trail?

Skinny Pedal said that he may be able to get his tractor up there with a couple of guys on Saturday to work on the hill climb. Their task would be gathering all the small rocks and boulders along side and on this trail, and moving them up to one section of the trail to make a slippery, rocky section in one of the steeper parts. James, Dave and I spent a couple of hours doing this on Saturday but that was about as far as we could go without having a way to get the rocks up the trail, without having a heart attack! The bucket on the front of a tractor is going to be perfect to fill with fist sized, foot ball sized and basket ball sized rocks and just dump them on the trail. A couple of stragetically placed logs will keep most of the rocks in place. Every once in a while we'll probably need to reload:awesomework:

If we were to get a machine up there saturday what would be more beneficial, another mini or a bigger machine?

Yep, I heard that from Nancy earlier today. I was hoping to get another day out of it but I'm still working on Steve to see if and when he can get up there for a day to work on the bigger rocks on the hill climb.
