I have run them and they will mostly keep tires on the rims. My rear tires had a thicker bead than the rim was setup for (wider than safety bead) and occasionally i would still lose an inner bead. Probably would have this problem on a 16.5 as well. They are a pain to deal with. Harder to adjust air pressure, harder to mount/dismount tires, and I have torn a couple of tubes. They were not a perfect solution for me. I ended up welding a ring of 1/8" rod around my inner bead to retain the tire and not have to deal with them (on single outer beadlock rims). I will buy true double beadlocks next time. HTH

I have had 2 sets. 15" and 17" and I will agree with the previous post. There were a pain in the ass to adjust air press. Really it took 20-30 min some time to adjust air. Supposedly there was fixed but I gave up on them before I tried it. I dont feel they worked well at all for snow wheeling, it never really seemed like you could get a big enough foot print with them.

InnerAirLock is the brand I have run for years, I have run 3 sets both on 15" and now on a 20s. They can can be difficult at times but I could not run the tire/rim combo i do with out them. My rims are stock Unimogs 20" rims with rock rings and like the 16.5 they have no bead lip. I run 49 Iroks. as a testiment I have wrecked 3 side walls on my tires and no locks, severely bent rims, and only blown a couple tubes. thats whats nice over the stuans if you blow a staun you have wrecked the lock, the innerairlocks tubes are what will blow.....I can live with $20 tube. As for airing up the tires I have tried a few trick and figured out a good way the othe day. I tapped my metal valve stem and turned in some ARB air line....see pics. i know they are not for everyone but they can serve a purpose.........by the way i usually run my tires at 4psi on a 5700lb rig....and it gets beat
