Just like the title says, post up pics and general specs of yer old junk from the old days of your wheeling hobby-career.

I don't know if I even have pics of my ol straight axle yota truck me and Adam built so I could have something just for wheeling. Sonofabitch that thing got beat. Really I guess my DD in highschool was my first wheeler though. 93 single cab 4cyl 5 speed yota. Torsion bars all the way up, 3 inch blocks, welded front and rear, 33 inch bfg km mt's. That is prolly the one vehicle I wish I still had.
Turned my cab truck into this and rocked it a few year.

Mine was a 1990 jeep yj had 4.2 carbed motor. Then Put a 4.3 throttle body efi on it. Went from stock axles with 4:88s and lockrites with33s to ford dana 44 and ford 9' with 39 icants. then to ford dana 60 gm 14 bolt and 42 tsls. Most fun rig ive ever owned. It hardly every broke.

85 4runner, back when things were simple and a 2-3k rig made me feel like king of the world on the local trails.

Looking through my Photobucket I have had a lot of different rigs over the past 10 years. I got tired of wrecking my dirtbike, went to the bank and got a loan for a new toy. This was my first jeep and haven't been worth a damn since.

First crawler I ever saw!

Only pic on my phone. Circa 1998, back when I had hair. 1979 Scout II, Paid $300 for Scout & then swapped in a carbed 350, 435, 1/2 ton chevy axles, mini-spool ear, open front, 35 boggers. We put a cage in it after almost flopping it with 4 people in it :****:

There are pics somewhere of us throwing sparks dragging the rear diff on the train tracks coming out of Gardendale one night.

Oh the good old days.

Love the KC tubbies. LOL

My first DD was an 85 s-15 Jimmy. Had a 2" lift and 30" ATs. I did some mild riding until the 2.8 blew up the 2nd time. It liked to blow head gaskets and dump all the coolant into the oil. Drove a mustang for a year or 2 after that, then bought the 87 YJ to be my DD. That was 14ish years ago and I still have it.

89 bronco ii. Had some 31" buckshots on it. I beat the hell out of that thing. Even sank it in a pond. I miss that old truck.

Thanks! It took some redneck engineering!

First truck was a 92 Yota Reg cab on 33's that I did the normal teenager thing in. Mud ride and hit dirt roads and trails.

First "Rig" was a 81 CJ-5 with a 350, Dana 44's, 35" BFG's that after I built I couldn't afford to wheel very much. I also had numerous piles of **** that I paid $500 and beat the balls off of.

First Rig I actually wheeled the piss out of was an 85 4runner that I did everything to.

Now I have a buggy.

Swore against having anything 4wd all through school. Drove a jeep up a small rock face and bought this a week later

Started out in this 70 GMC 2wd 3/4 ton, 307 V8, 3 on the tree later swapped to a 4spd, dana 60 rear and the old gateway buckshots on the rear. Cruised the trails close to the neighborhood all thru middle school and part of high school until I upgraded to the 81 Chevy 3/4 ton, 350, 4spd, 208. Put a 6" Skyjacker all spring lift, 4.88's, Detroit rear, 15x12's and 35x16x15 boggers.

These are pics of pics but that's all I got. First one was a 79 f150 started out with d44/9" and kept bending/breaking the rear so I went to rocks it had several different bodies on it over the years from rollovers but then it got beat too bad to keep so I junked it and went with the land cruiser body for now also have had others along the way and still got two crawlers and my chaindrive rail and a rzr
