DIY beadlocks??

I'd say when ya bend em it's about 3/4" ... Once ya tighten the bolts everything is evenly tightened as far as bolts go... Mine haven't lost any air so I know it works good... Just can't wait to thrash em!

Soooo there is no issue with one of the tabs bending at the wrong place and giving an uneven height for anti coning?? What's the best way to bend?

I used 2 crescent wrenches on each end, no problems. I started with one big crescent in the middle, but liked using 2 better. Order your design, have them in a week and half.

I ended up using a good coat of bead sealer on the inner bead. An put some silicone down on the outer and I put 10 ounces of air soft bbs in each tire they do good on my jeep running down the road

Glad it worked out, and you liked them. Nothing better than a quality product at a fair price.
