Ok, so I am wanting to run 37s on my 06 cummins, I already have the wheels I want and tires picked out (37x13.50R17 Toyo Open Country M/T, E load range)

I am going to buy a lift kit soon ( Superlift, I have a half off gift certificate ) and can't decide on whether to get a 4 or 6in.For either size I will run the option with Bilsteins. If I can run the tires I want with a 4in I will go that route, if not I'll do the 6. I have a buddy who has a 3in leveling kit with 37s but it rubs when he turns and hits a bump. I have gone through that before and I wont be again.

I pull all my toys on a gooseneck so keep that in mind.

So .... is anyone running 37s on a 4in for that body style truck? anyone running a 6 with 37s?

lets see some pics and specs...

thanks in advance

Broady

Leveling kit and hell bent steel lower control arms to push your axle forward and trim bumper or iron cross bumper.

I have a 5 1/2" lift on my 06 with 35s it sits the same height as my 02 dually with 22.5 that I pull gooseneck with. Went with 35s because of the balancing issues.

is it hard to get 37s balanced? do you have any pics of your 06?

Here was my 06 with BDS 8" long arm kit and 2" spacers. Tires were 38x14.50 toyo open countrys. With the long arm kit it rode like a caddy!!!

That's slick man!!

I just don't want to lift mine too high bc I still want to be able to pull my gooseneck. I may just do the 6in with 37s to be safe as far as clearance, hope it doesn't sag too much.

If anyone else has one with big tars lets see it!!

Just start cutting the body panels or buy those fancy fiber glass desert racing fenders/skins. Then just regear, bigger brakes and lower center of gravity with maximum clearance.

37's will fit with something like a CArli or Thuren Fab kit that gives you around 2.75-3" in the front but you have to run control arms to push the axle forward. I've seen guys even run long arms on a dodge with only 3" of lift.

5" lift with 37"s on 18x10"s. Had to trim the fender some to keep from rubbing any. And I still pull a gooseneck with no problems.

Its a 4" Superlift with a 1" spacer on top up front and 3.5" block in back. Thanks for the compliment, I really like the looks too.
