heep70's junk in progress

Nice build. I get to follow your progress though Dan at work all the time. Now that I know who you are I get to put together more pieces of the puzzle.

Dan does the same to me with your rig. I think he wishes he had a 4x4 instead of that Vett stuff. Ha Ha.

My rig is still aways out on wheeling. Lots of electrical stuff in the cab to do. I am pushing for August some time. I am having alot of fun building this thing. But I think my money tree can only grow limited amounts of fruit. This hobbie is not cheap.

Does Dan tell ya he learned how to cuss from listening to me while I work on my stuff. I pick on him alot.

AllPro X-member (crossmember, dual case skidplate and emergancy brake) and the twin sticks are from Marlin.

Man, how did you keep that thing so clean? I have a 80 toy same color and everything but rust seems to like me more:mad:
very cool build.

i am still picking away at my junk. The broken Subaru has been straining my wallet

I managed to get the 8274 mounted. Still need to load the rope and put the fairlead on.

I also installed the exhaust 2.5" off the header to a Series 50 Flowmaster. Its a bit load I think :redneck:.

Anyway here is a couple bent up pics.

Sweet!

I like your rig, and I like your idea for your winch. Are you going to run wiring to the rear reciver mount to? That way you would'nt have to turn around to pull your buddy's out of te hole's you just drove out of on your own...:D :haha:

Hey, is that a scratch I see in that paint? :flipoff:

Looking good Greg. Just yell when you need a winch bitch! :redneck:

Shoot I might have to ride in yours the rate i am going.

Well I finally got to spend some time on my junk. The rear got a full spool with a 5.29 R&P. The front is getting the total rebuild from hub to hub. On top of all the gaskets and bearings it will receive a 5.29 R&P, Aussie Locker and to hopefully top things off a set of chrome molly 30 spline Longfields. The pic of the front axle turn out kinda dark, but you get the idea

Sweet build. Question about the steering stabilizer. Is that going to cause bindage issues?

Nope, it is clear of all moving parts. I few weeks ago I articulated the axles to see if all of my good ideas and bad ideas will work.
