ok new motor 2.2 ecotec

here are some pix been doing mass looking around on line about them. lots of good info now the kicker is what am i going to put it in first?

the buggy could be a ways out (due to the lack of money)

the sammi just to see if what that lil sucker will do (with or with out a turbo)

Cam and injectors the right computer reflash and you can have about 210 HP and about 1/2 the weight of a 4.3 V-6...... You know... like the 210 HP 4.3's that where handin you your ass on the dunes at the hammers. :flipoff:

I've got a 2.0 Ecopower (fancy SAAB name for the Ecotec) with a GT20r turbo in my car....I gotta say its got some balls for a tiny motor....

Did alittle more research on the Ecotec.....

the SAAB versions use all fordged internals, a stronger block, and the head is reworked to make the turbo more efficient.

we found a 2" smaller factory pully... so with the clearancing we did it will not hit again....:clappy:

You should use some innocent guy as a test bed for this engine. Maybee swap it into his suzi and have it wheelin by January.:haha: :haha: :haha:
