I just did this on a U4 car I built with almn hubs. Studs and norlock washers with nyloc nuts they never come loose. I think the key when using a bolt however is have a long enough shoulder on the bolt that it goes into the hub alittle so the shear load isn’t on the threads but the smooth...
I tried unhooking linkage, makes no difference , took the sensor out made no difference , I unhooked the ebrake and that did nothing . I’m stumped . The light on the dash works which makes me think the wires are fine . Idk I’m lost
TTT for a good buggy with very little use on 80% of the components that are new or rebuilt ! For anpekpane buggy this thing gets it! It’s the snappiest pane motor I’ve ever been around :woot: we are talking of redoing the back end to carry two propane tanks in the upright position

I know of at least 5 buggies including one I built with 14bolt front and 500hp range on 43-44” tires that are using 30 spline inner and 35 spline outter 300m Rcv and having no issues .
I agree that it’s gonna fold up then chew on your yoke/drive shaft it’d be easy enough to weld a gusset on each side now with out redesigning the whole thing
I installed the joints , they moved free of bind in both sets . My thought is that we are not running steering stops of any kind . The axle is built for 50* steering , though I haven’t measured it yet, I’m thinking without a stop it is generating more then 50* Of steering which is applying far...
