2004 Yamaha Rhino 660 Long Travel Build

I too love the rhinos and still wheel them currently. My first was a 04 model and after breaking several axles I learned that the 04 had smaller cv joints than the later models. After learning this I bought axles for 07 model and had way better luck with the axles. Also summer brothers sells...

    Questions about links and shocks

I'm building my first rig with link suspension. I'm using a jeep cj7 tub and some of the frame. The front and rear of frame will be tubing so the jeep will sit low. I'm using cucv axles at around 118-120 wheel base, 44 tires, sbc 700r4 np205. I was thinking of using a Barnes 4wd double...

    Stony Lonesome

on: February 26, 2015, 07:04:32 AM It's a good park. It has so many trails it is a little hard to find you way around. Most trails are marked but some of the newer trails aren't. there are a lot of trails with mud at the base of the park. More hills and trails without mud as you go up. It has...

Thinking about buying a Jet Boat

The small jets like you have pictured are fun boats for sure. The yamahas are better quality but I don't think you will find them around $5k. The twin engine seadoos with 2 strokes are ok boats. If a motor goes bad you can get new one from SBT for less than $1k or typically it is just top end...

You are right sir and I'm sorry for doing that they really need to build some wash off stations being that majority of the people are mud riding.

    Stoney lonesome ??????

As stated in my reply this place has a lot of mud. So it's nice to have a place to spray off seats, brakes and some of the heavy mud. I didn't say wash I said spray off. If you don't have something to say about what the guy is asking then don't say nothing. Thanks

    Which tire

Thanks for a serious reply. I will be riding southeast orv parks. I'm leaning towards TSL bias. Very tall, relatively light, cheaper, and I know they work. But I'm still very curious about the Maxxis. I just haven't found anyone running the 35 bias.

    Which tire

I have done a great deal of research about the tires in question. I may have not been clear on my questions. I have a lot of experience with interco tires. I do not have any experience with Maxxis. With my research I have heard that the Maxxis is softer but yet tougher than TSL Bias (less...
