4.3's are picky with fuel pressure from what I've read but he also could have picked up some sediment from the bottom of the tank when he ran it low on fuel. If he can deal with the issue for another tank of fuel I would suggest putting a can of seafoam in the next tank to see if it will clean...

I'd guess the ICM. Had a very similar issue with my 94. would barely try to start with starting fluid but once I changed the ICM it started fine. its not too expensive at $40. ICM fires the injectors, BTW

I cant imagine a diesel with rockwells would be any fun in the sand.

for starters, if you guys would read his original post he wasn't even complaining. he never said anything derogatory about the sheriff or even said that the ticket was BS. He isnt even going to fight the ticket now that he knows the law and see's that his truck was in fact illegal. all he did...

its 30" to the bottom of the bumper, so anything stock should be legal. glad that sherriff never saw me driving my F350 in town. specially since I mostly drove it through the area you got pulled over at. was andy able to haul your truck home for you?
