thats exactly what i like to do as well when spooling it back on or etc. how would i or someone else feeding the spool do that? you can't see the spool? but it does look clean and kinda cool. but i like the idea as you said too, being able to visually see the wire or rope for kinks or frays...

Alright now i'm really grooving on the look of the winch hidden beneath the factory bumper. cutting that factory bumper short and calling it done. how do i weld or piece together the plastic pieces? ---- its kinda cool not seeing the winch exposed and keeping the factory look somewhat...

Isn't that a Ox - same thing? I like the idea of selectable lockers, more or less kinda been waiting to get ahold of a salvaged rubi... even thought very serious about trading in for the new challenger. not sure now, have some very serious personal problems to deal with now. nothing evers goes...
