look into getting those big bulky heavy stock calipers off of the front, go with the same caliper and rotor size as the rear, wouldn't believe the difference. my brakes are 3x better with less pedal pressure.

Can you mount the Ram in between the trac bar and tierod? All your leverage would be traveling through the tierod mostly and be easier on the knuckles..and you would be able to keep the Ram parallel to the tierod. It would also be up and out of the way of rocks....a few nicks on the shaft of...

Mine is just a 2.5 4 cyl and I'm not sure if this helps but I run a DanFoss orbital, stock pump, stock resi, 2x8 PSC ram, small cooler. it all has worked perfectly a D-60 with 39's and 42's since 2009 without fail. You will have to get a special line made for the high pressure side of the pump...

I couldn't run less than 7 psi without burping on fronts, I broke the tires down and put Permatex Ultra Black around inner bead of wheel and now rum 3-4 psi with no problems at all.

Exactly my thoughts, common problem.....make sure dial is in position and not in between two.

I had a 2004 Dodge and it started the same thing with not wanting to shift...put new solenoid's in it and never had another problem and put another 100k miles on it afterwards. Hope this helps

What gears are you running F/R?
