Not really a build thread, since it's as built as it is going to get. Imagine that, calling a rig 'done.' I figured this would be a good place to post up my BYS carnage and then later a kinda of retrospective of the build up and breakage of my K5 over the 8 or 9 years I have been beating on it...

The bushings are fine, it seems like there will be a lot of leverage on the cast t-case adapter and those never break:awesomework:

I have a tank pulled from a '85 E-350 van, three cylinder, around 30-35 gallons, it's wide and most likely too big for a cj-5. I'm sure you have checked e-bay for tanks, right? Frame mounted tanks are going to be $$$.

What year is the 4.0 and what year and model is the tranny? is the fly wheel original to the 4.0? The YJ was a 2.5, right?
