    ARB D60 o-rings

I thought about that, but I'm not confident in my ability to measure the old ones. Also I did find info on where ARB recommends a special type of material that can withstand the heat better than normal rubber.

    ARB D60 o-rings

I have a jeep with an old Dana 60 ARB locker. I blew an o-ring and found two part numbers and ordered both. Both of them are a square 2 lip oring. My old one is a normal round o-ring. I have found that they are not interchangable, but I have not found the part number for the old style. Any help...

Turbo 400 no reverse when cold

Thanks, just had no idea about that until recently.

Turbo 400 no reverse when cold

It should always be shifted that way. It's more prominent when cold and overfilling helps.

Turbo 400 no reverse when cold

Ed with PTC replied on Facebook and said with TCI trans the proper way to get reverse is to engage transbrake and shift to neutral. I googled it and as weird as it sounds, that seems to be the normal with them.

Turbo 400 no reverse when cold

I have a TCI turbo 400 and I have no reverse when cold. Once it's warmed up all is good. Also I have to over fill it to get it to work properly. Should I just pull it and replace or is this a problem that can be fixed without pulling it? If I should replace it who do I go with?

    Manual brake setup questions

Yep, that's your problem. Manual brakes and stock 60 front calipers are not a good combination. Some people get it to work, but it will stop much better if you do a 3/4 ton kit on the front. I designed these kits for that reason. $295 shipped - www.lugnut4x4.com/chevyfront

    05+ superduty disc brakes

I will have this kit ready to ship very soon. Before I make it 100% public I want three testers. These would be people that can install it within a week of getting it and drive it and give me honest feedback. If you say it's good, that's not what I'm looking for. I want details on how it went...

    05+ superduty disc brakes

I'm not sure, I don't have one to test with. I can send you a kit and if it doesn't fit send it back.

    05+ superduty disc brakes

I don't have many 16" wheels so I'm not sure, but I don't think backspacing will be an issue.

    05+ superduty disc brakes

I'm no expert on master cylinders, but it seems dual wilwood 3/4" are very common.

    05+ superduty disc brakes

The rotor definitely weighs less. I am very bad at guessing times, but I hope 2-3 weeks.
