Thanks. Ordered it new already insulated in walls and ceiling. If you’re getting a new one, it’s cheaper than doing it yourself.

Nothing new to report. City water is plumbed in as you described. Installed a ball valve on discharge of pump and then a T for city water. City water also has a ball valve that I open/close depending on water source. This way it can't back feed the wrong direction.
