I ran these on a couple of different rigs from CJ-7 to Samurai’s and they did good. Used to be able to pick them up for around $45 if you looked. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/gab-77494
Dang, I think I have like $600 for a complete axle last year. Where are you located? There is one on facebook marketplace in Woodruff SC a guy is parting out. Said a tree fell on it.

Looking good. Make sure you weld in a frame for your roof mount. Basically just want to box in a rough opening out of square tube. If you don’t, it won’t have anything on the sides to “pinch” to make a seal. It also helps brace the ceiling for the weight. Probably not the best explanation but...
That was the hardest part mainly because plumbing is my Achilles heel and I was stressed I would screw it up.
Since my holding tanks were from a wrecked camper and already had the holes and drains, I just fit them between the cross members where they would work and then made sure my shower and...
He rode with us last weekend at Hawk Pride and seems to be doing really well. He told me he retired because it just got to be more work than he wanted to do at his age.

Nothing new to report.

Haven't done anything to it since I installed the awning. I ordered two vertical sliding windows to install in the sides. They should be here next week. Gonna try and get them in before next weekend and take it on a trip.
Shows “MERRY” as the current code. I looked on my invoice and it shows DSC-653 as the code if you want to try it. If you get one and have questions, pm me.

They have 15% coupon code on their homepage, didn't charge tax and free shipping. Other sizes/colors available.
It isn't hard to install but the directions are horrible. I did it all myself except I...
Mine are on 16" centers. I didn't want to lose any width by adding a premade box so I used the crossmembers themselves as the "frame" and just added 1/2" marine plywood to the bottom underneath them. I set my skill saw depth to match the floor and cut it in the middle of the crossmember. Once I...
