it makes the washboard roads abit nicer, plus my wheelbase is 105" so dont really care that my axle moves an inch forward while climbing stuff. also it was an easier way to move the front axle forwards.

im hoping not, by eye it looks close, but just want to be sure before putting it all together, oh and the spings are wagoneer 7leafs, moved forward 1.5"

does anyone know the correct caster angle( between what degrees?) for a soa set up? workin on my yj with a wagoneer dana 44 soa, with reversed shackle. thanks:beer:

yeah the yjs are, but the waggies arnt, sorry i meant the offset of the waggy leafs. i dont know what year they are from either

when they are sitting next to the yjs they are about an 1.5" longer, but the offset is bout the same(1.5")

i thought i was going to have to move the box also, but after i mocked it up, it lined up good sorry for the many posts, trying to work and play at the same time

plus my front reversal mount is about an inch forward as well

well, ive got 7 leaf waggies on front with xjs on the back, but the offset, isnt to much differant, with the high steer

yeah dyna trac can get abit pricy, but shop around, DTS, quoted 1800, with gears disc, axles, shortened to 63"

the last quote i got from them for a dana60rear set up,disc, chromo, hp, 538s and an arb was something like 4300 with shipping, but that was 4 years ago

an extra main leaf would'nt make it that much taller, use one from another yj pack(ive got some by the way), as far as the bump stops ive seen people (using yj packs) run them so there is only a couple of inches up up travel, id run them so theres at least 3 or 4 inches, but it all depends on...

yes byou will have to move the tank, i got xj springs on mine, stock springs and the stock yj inboard spring mount will move your wheel base about 4 to 6 inches. on mine it moved exactly 6 inches, so now my tank is in the tub ANY UPDATES!!!!!1

ok that was my first thought when i looked at it, but then did you re-tack the the tubes to the housing??? does any one make a longer bridge?
