I have no clue as to if they will open for the holiday weekend. I know Chinook Pass WILL NOT be open until June 11th due to construction. In the past when the Naches opens early they do it a couple days after the holiday.

I'd expect to see the Liberty Area open early with the exception of Table Mountain ( seasonal wildlife closure). Liberty is in the Cle Elum Ranger District. I learned the other day that the Naches Trail is still under a Fire Closure until the USFS can get in there (snow melts) and then determine...

And the Seasonal Closure is upon us again. April 1st until June 15th. This years snowpack on the lower slopes is gone, the upper slopes have a fair share of snow. We'll see how the melt happens!

I lived there from 74 thru 2007. Had a blast in the past. All has changed for the area now. The past memories are all thats left of the area.

They fixed it from the bottom up to the point where Lily Pond trail takes off to the left. Form there up the road belongs to WDFW and is not going to be fixed. But yes the road is open , bottom to top.

So does Del Albright. Del Albright, Landuse and Access Hordes of new folks are getting into off-roading/OHV recreation according to national surveys (various), yet clubs and associations are not growing...in fact, many are shrinking it seems. Groups like clubs are where new ideas are born...
