1.5" Tube Bending SE Houston

I need some 1.5" x 3/16" or 1/4" wall tube bent for some axle guards for hydraulic cylinders and a drive shaft hoop. Would prefer someone on the SE side of Houston, but I can drive a little further if needed. below is a picture of the axle guard I would want something similar to. If this is the wrong section let me know.

so I found a guy that is going to let me borrow his tube bender for a small fee. He has a JD2 model 32 with air over hydraulic. the catch is that he only has a 1 3/4" die. I don't mind using 1 3/4" tubing since that rest of the bouncer is made from 1 3/4". so I planned to use at least 3/16" wall - so my first question is do y'all think this bender could bend 1/4" wall tubing? Or do you think I will be fine and it will hold up with just 3/16" wall?

otherwise anyone got a 1.5" die I could borrow? I would paypal the amount you think your die is worth plus shipping, mail it to me, and when I mail it back to you, send me my money back minus a small use fee?

I have a model 32 and it will bend 1.75 3/8 wall tube.

It is rated to bend 2" 1/4 wall.
