16.5 wheels.. Tires?

I'm having a **** of a time finding some replacement tires for my tow rig with 16.5 wheels... It currently wears 9.50/16.5 tires. I'd like to avoid Les Schwab.

Any other sources? Costco didn't have em. Discount doesn't list them online, but I haven't been to a store yet. Would it just be easier to pick up some 16" wheels for it?

I went to discount. He said 16.5s are functionally dead, and to get 16" wheels. He had one tire line to choose from in 16.5, and it was $180 each vs $118 for the same in a 16".

What about going to a 17"? or are 16" still cheaper

What bolt pattern? Your best bet would be to find a decent set of take-offs. Call all the tire shops and see if someone came in recently and traded in a set for some bling.
