I built this rig just cuz i was bored and had a bunch of left over parts in my garage. It turned out pretty damn cool. The jeep was a complete basket case when i bought it. It was very very poorly built and i think everything was arc welded and JB welded together. Suprisingly its almost hard-rust free except passenger floorboard, which i stitched together with weld till i was happy with it.

It now has a cammed 350 in it, with a warped wiring TBI fuel injection kit. Its got a sm465 trans with a stock clutch... and a 205 tcase behind it. Drive shafts have all new ujoints and are 1/4 walled square tubing. Front axle is a dana 44, rear is a 60. Havent opened either of them yet, so no clue on gearing yet. Front is leaf sprung, rear is a quick one link with a 1-1/4 ruffstuff hiem, attached to a very very heavy duty skid plate/ crossmember. Sitting on some used 39.5 iroks with 15" steel wagon wheels. Probably 50% 55% tire life left... and somehow only one tire barely leaks! Get low after about a month or 2 of sitting. Rear has stock jeep JK springs and shocks.

Interior has just been bed lined, brand new seats installed. Cage was repainted and added to. The cage came out of another YJ project i have... just made it look better. Tubing i added was schedule40. Dash was repainted, and redone with all new gauges, and switches. Has brand new marine speakers in dash, but no radio installed. Cant remember the fuel cell size... but i think its a 20 gallon jegs tank. Pretty comon cell. Tons of other new small things on the inside and under the hood.

Everything is up and running very good! It runs rich due to the cam in the motor. I didnt know there was a aftermarket cam installed on the motor when i bought it used. Motor runs great and very quiet and cool. But the computer/ecu has no clue whats going on with the cam installed. So you can either drive it around rich, or get it tuned, or install a new fuel system or w.e u want to do.

Things it needs: Brake work... they keep going squisshy and weak. I may buy a new master cylinder, and see where that gets me. It needs a Radio. Wheeling is way better with tunes! Needs tunnel cover around the trans and tcase sticks. Has a very leaky saginaw steering box with very girly drag link and tie rod ends... so id recommend going hydro assist, or upgrading the steering to some heavier manly ****. Also could use a new tire carrier. Its pretty shitty... but was on it when i bought it.

Thats about it. I havent even driven it offroad yet... just been flying around the neighborhood and around my property. Everything was built about 8 months ago. I built it, and was thrown on a last minute deployment for 6 months. So its been sitting since September.

I will be home around april 1st... so can show the jeep anytime after that.... just figure id get an ad out there. Thanks. 850 225 6081... located in Oklahoma City.
