I have a 03 that i got that was getting on average 22-23 hand claculated and up to 24 on just hwy running 80mph.

My 06 Got 22 to24 mpg on highway or interstate with ppe. Got rid of ppe and don't see it anymore

Don't know what changed on the 02, but Miles can never get over 16 with or without a programmer, with your old tires adn wheels, new wheels, driving easy, any of it.
