22r bottom end Q

Found some metal on the dipstick. Pulled the pan and 2 of the caps on the crank and found some decent grooving in the races/bearings and felt some smaller on the crank journals. If there are any grooves in either am i just fawked?

Any input would be appreciated.:booo:

yes, anytime you get grooving or pitting it is only a matter of time before one spins. :booo: You might be able to have the crank reground and the same with the rods...
