Yeh I was thinking the same thing. I wonder who I would contact to sue???

Anyone know of a lawyer that can handle this kind of stuff? I dont think my lawyer can tackle this one, might be to much for him to handle.

Who are you going to sue? At best, you'd shut down their website, but even that is highly doubtful since whoever runs it legally registered that domain name - not you. It's registered to a guy in England, so unless you have a lot of money to throw at this (for very little potential gain), it makes no sense. Their website name is a bit quirky for what they do, but not totally unrelated. IMO, there are a lot bigger violations of domain name piracy out there that go un-corrected.

For instance, Man-a-fre is one of the oldest and more highly respected sellers of Land Cruiser parts in the country. Their website is http://www.man-a-fre.com/ . It's an odd name, and a lot of people mis-spell it "man-a-free". The domain name http://www.man-a-free.com/ is a mirror page for Vintage Offroad - one of the sleaziest vehicle resellers ever known and its owner, Greg Mushro, is generally regarded as a waste of skin among those that have had business dealings with him or know people that have. Despite all this, he still owns "man-a-free" and legally there's not much anyone can do about it even though it is clearly designed to route accidental traffic to his website and the name obviously has NOTHING to do with his business.

Good point.

Damnit. I was wanting some money :booo:
