? about winch line

Anyone know the name of that place down in the Port of Tacoma that sells/repairs steel cable. I have a couple of pieces that I would like to get the endloops put on. I figure they might come in handy for pulling out some firewood or something. Also where can I buy the sleeve that comes with synthetic rope? Mine is pretty torn up.
