Anyone here gone through Title 42 stuff here in Oklahoma??

Bought a jeep off a friends, brother... that lost the title to the jeep.

I have the Vin, and its clean according to a local tag agency. But i would like to try and get a title for the thing. I know some people go through a Service, or Agency, and have them do all the paperwork and send stuff off... and you just pay them at the end of it. Im looking for a place that can help me out with it. Anyone know of any?
