They live on Lewis St...They drive a newer Dodge Dakota, Black, extended cab with the back window busted out. But like it was previous posted...that has been impounded. As far as I can tell this wonder of human kind lives with his mother and when he's not there he is staying at other various houses in the neighborhood

So here is the latest on our two little trouble makers..

Josephs charges look to have been lowered, bus his bail is higher. However the Zack guys have increased so I'm guessing that means something stolen was found on his person. Other wise Joe would have also been charged.

His "possession" charges were dropped which surprises me cause it was his truck. (joe) and the Theft in the third degree was dropped (or is that raised??) to buglary in the second degree... Bail at $10,000.

Zack now has 2 charges for possession, one theft and one buglary so his bail is now up to $25,000.

Plus I'm going to guess that the longer that truck is in impound, it's going to add up fast.

Looking up Joes rap sheep, he has a pretty big record too. Zack has a few too but only one for a debt charge was viewable.

So I came home to a letter on the table "Snohomish Prosecuting attorney criminal division" and was temp a little freaked out.. :redneck:

It says that Zack (one of the kids) was convicted of the charge of second dgree possession of stolen property and will be sentenced next wednesday and I'm invited to this sentencing if I so choose. If not I will receive notice within two weeks of sentencing to notify me of his punishment.

I am suppose to complete some impact statement to let the judge know how this crime has affected me and/or my family. That if I go, I can also make a statement to the judge during the sentencing. :haha:

This could be fun :clappy:
