From my reading the overhead can be off as much as 20-40%, have you hand calculated at all? Also, the way the edge works it feeds the computer different signals, so the overhead console dealy is usually no where near accurate. I'd be interested in seeing real hand calculated numbers as you get some miles on the truck.

Mine reads a constant 1.5 mpg higher then what I hand calculate, and my truck is bone stock. I wouldn't be surprised at all if these mods where throwing it off even further. That said most of the people I have seen running the 5" TBE are getting a 2-4 mpg increase with guys like Six-Nine who are getting really bad mileage from the start reporting much higher. 15-20 mpg is more than a reasonable estimate since that
