Balanced extended front drive line

Does anyone know where a good deal is on having a stock front drive line extended slip yoke made and have it balenced

Its on a 95 chevy I installed a SAS D44. I have both the stock ifs drive line and the 79 F250 stock DL that goes to the Highpinion D44. I wanted to see about useing the ends that go to there equipment and have them mated together with an extended slip yoke.

I'm located in Kitsap county But I'm willing to travel.
The local shops dont do extended slip yokes.
