Does anyone know if a 14 bolt axle stock has any type of caster if not has anyone had issues bending the spindle just noticed that both my rear tires angle in pretty bad I am tring to load pics but it is at least 1 1/2 in at the top??? Thanks

They bend pretty bad/commonly from what I've seen... Usually not the spindle itself, but the axle tubes.

If you look at most trail rigs the rear axles are bent up and forward from bouncing on ledges.

Some, not all in that picture will be tire squat from low air pressure. Air it up to the max on the side wall, probably 25 pounds and retake. Bet its better, but not fixed.

Some is from squat but it is still bent pretty good anyone have any trick to removing old ones and which aftermarket spindle seem to be the best

It would be less work to move the truss, mounts, gears to another housing.

start fresh if the axle tube is bent. Put the artec truss and back bone on the new axle or build something yourself.

Pic shows both the truss w/ bridge to pinion and back bone truss

or

if it's only spindle's look at either ruff stuff: http://www.ruffstuffspecialties.com/catalog/14BSPIN.html or ballistic fab: http://www.ballisticfabrication.com/Full-Float-Spindles-Billet-4130-CrMo_p_1697.html

the ballistic fab are 4130 and they talk about strength increases over stock. ruffstuff doesn't elaborate on material or strength and i think it is actually solid axle spindle's http://solidaxle.com/ProductCart/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=23&idcategory=10#details

retube the housing or you will go through this again all 14 bolt axles have thin spots in the tubes .and before anybody starts to say otherwise keep in mind I have retubed over 600 of these axles and everyone has had problems :****:

Listen to Ryan, he does great work. He retubed a 14 bolt for the rear of my buggy and he retubed the 9.25 AAM front end that is in my 2011 Ram (bent in wreck). I have not met a nicer more honest guy to deal with.
