Best Brand of Spray Paint

My vote is for Hammerite. Sand it, wipe with lacquer thinner, prime and paint. You wont have to touch it for years, its not cheap but in my opinion its the best on the market. You can find at ACE, True Value and McClendons.

Hammer-Tite is not UV stabilised and usually fill fade/chalk or dull after a while.

Also the prep has to be pretty good or it will flack off. But if you get the prep right, its hard ****.

I have not personally had the chalk/fade issue, but you and some others on here are absolutely right, its all in the prep.
