I got into making it a couple years ago and the grease is too hard to get. Most restaurants have a vendor come by and pay them for used oil. The places that will let u get it, usually burn it too long and it's useless. Most places use less than 15 gallons per week, so the hassle of collecting isn't worth the return unless you are doing it for a hobby. It's messy and time consuming, but I enjoyed it since it gave my grandad and I something to do together. If you decide to do it, keep us updated on here how it's going.
