Skimmed back through but didn't see it, what engine/cam did you go with?

It's a .030 over lq9 with a damn good valve job and a Howard's cam.

I spent some time playing in the woods behind the house this evening. I love it. It's exactly what I was hoping it would be. I do however have a couple small leaks to deal with that are going to be labor intensive. I think I blew the front seal out of the transmission. Well it did it during the dyno session. Also the shift shaft seal is leaking. So that means the motor has to come out. Dammit

Point and shoot kinda rig eh? Do you think the leaks can survive until it's time to tear down for powder?

I wouldn't call it a point and shoot. It definitely is good for that but it is smooth as silk off idle for crawling. I'm loving the gearing. I crawled a steep ass hill that me and Kel went up wide ass open. It's 5bros favorite hill. Lol.

As far as the leaks, I don't think so. It's dripping right on the exhaust pipe where the pass side crosses over. It's a fire hazard from hell and leaks bug me.

Buggy's sounding good! I got to pull my transmission after doing my dyno tuning with lane as well. Guess he unlocks enough woopow to tear other stuff up.

I wondered why he didn't look very surprised when I told him the trans was leaking. Lol.

I've been driving the hell out of this thing. It's ****ing awesome. I raised the ride height 1.5'. I was bottoming out the top 4 link mounts against the chassis on hard bumps. The room for bumps looks much more promising now. Belly height is now at 22". Still stable and rides awesome. Luckily I live on a small farm in East Tennessee where I have plenty of woods around that are pretty damn steep. Lots of playroom for pre shakedown without having to load and haul it somewhere. Love it more every time I drive it.

That's cool man. Wish I had a big area to play around on for the initial testing. I'm confined to small circles behind my shop.

I started on my belly pan and worked on it til midnight Wednesday night. I got 4 of the 8 mounts done and the metal that will be under the uhmw.

Doing both sides. Also doing inner chromos and Yukon super joints.

Fixed it. New chromoly inners, warrantied outter, Yukon super joints, small brake upgrade, and solid axle ind inner c's. All new bearings, bushings and kingpins. Should be good til the ring and pinion stop loving life.

What was the brake upgrade?

The brake upgrade is brackets that take it back down to 1/2-3/4 ton brakes. Supposed to shave 40 something pounds off and give a better pedal. I also didn't have to grind anything to fit my 15" wheels. Brad (cushman eagle rider) said it makes a huge difference in stopping power and brake pedal feel. I figured since I was already there why not my brakes sucked anyway
