I was looking to head up to Elbe to camp out but Nancy Barker is out of town.. does anybody know who I would get ahold of for the code??

Yeah she said she was in north or south Dakota but didn't know who to get ahold of for the code offhand (she was driving) and said she was about to lose service. So I don't have a clue who to contact because I've always called her.. she told me it might be open but was notsure..
