cj7 carrier bearing neaded asap. stranded.

hey guys, I just had afriend call me looking for a rear carrier bearing for a 79 cj7. I guess theyre broke down at the funny rocks. they took a second rig into naches/yak and couldn't find anything. if anyone can help out it would be much appreciated. the guys name is krys and his number is 509 6070452

Carrier bearing?

Like a driveshaft carrier bearing or a differential carrier bearing ? They need to call Chad at Build-it offroad in Gleed. 509-949-2138.

im assuming rear end. cj7s don't have a carrier on the dline do they?

Youre right they don't normally have a driveline carrier bearing but a diff carrier bearing seems like a weird part to need in the hills. Hope they can find what they need.

I was up there fri sat and sun. If it was yellow then it sounded like he needs more than just a bering.I was with a group of xjs and 2 2 wheelers. I dont know if he got fixed or not,we just herd him comming up to funny rocks then driving away.

ya, I don't know any of the group. one of the girls that was with them called me for help. and im not a jeep guy, nor do I know any. so I figured a post on nww is the most help I could do.

I still don't know if they ever got it fixed. the girl I know hasn't been answering her phone.
