That cop must be a racist!!! haha just kidding. I can't believe people are trying to say things like that. He did what he needed to do to control the situation. In my opinion he should have tasered the girl in the black shirt that keeps resisting. She got off pretty easily. I watch that show COPS all the time and people get way more beat up over much less resistance.

I'm starting to feel like the people of Seattle, as a majority, are a bunch of sissies... it's getting to the point where I have honestly considered moving to Texas (I have a lot of family down there too).

This is exactly what was/is going on with these kids. That girl deserved to get get punched in the face as did the skinny one he was wrestling with.

Did we watch the same video :eeek: someone did pull the one girl back at one point and there were other whites in the background as well. this is more of a society behavioral issue then it is race. The cop showed a ton of self control in not trying to seriously injur the young girls. If those had been guys he would most likly have tazed them and threw there asses to the ground to restrain them.

i think its funny how the mother or grandmother or whatever she is says that shes a nice girl
however she lives in a foster home for troubled youth and has a criminal record

cop was in the right all the way :awesomework:
thats just scary to see how many opportunities that crowd had to grab his gun
some of those guys got right up behind him

That cop is a man that dealt with the situation appropriately..
He new he was surrounded but yet he showed proper legal authority and pulled it back. He was in all rights by what he did. He was aware of his surroundings by showing restraint but as well showed he will use force if deemed necessary.

That man of a cop show compassion to the situation being females and he might of been venerable but he had it under control..
That was the purest punch buy a cop Ive ever seen. He wasn't scared even being surrounded by members of the same race in a difficult situation and he could of served up that crack head but CHOSE not to. He showed CONTROL AND RES TAINT. I bet he wishes that dude with the camera would got out of line so he could tool him up. You can hear it in his vice when he states" back up sir" or whatever. he was in control the hole time and chose to display some sympathy after displaying total dominance.

Ima kinda impressed how he dealt with it

Id buy that cop a beer and I dont like most cops

Cop will be placed on administrative leave and charges will be dropped shortly after.
 
I think reason it took him so long to restrain the girl was because he didn't want to be on the ground in that situation...

The worst thing about this is it will turn into a big race thing...

The NAACP wants the police chief to resign... :rolleyes:

So, it's OK for a citizen to put their hands on an officer???

Both of those girls needed punched in the face long before the officer came along...
 
I didn't see a black/white thing. I saw a young, pretty, incorrigible teen lashing out at a cop, and a cop doing his best to control a situation that had escalated beyond his comfort zone.

I think the cop demonstrated extraordinary restraint...his adrenaline must have been pumping big time. He whacked her to gain control of the situation, and in my opinion, was justified and successful. I think he did a damn good job under the circumstances, and I'm no fan of the policing communities...

Troubled teen? Sure. That don't make her bad. She behaved badly. Big difference.

If we've all been given the true story, then the dust will settle on this one...

I'm sure he is a known undercover "blending in" or gang task force. He directly states to the girl "your underarrest" as if he knows her and is a cop listen closely. I'm sure of it plus the cop would of droped her and drew his weapon on him.. I think he had his weapon out to help stop anything from happening with the crowed cause he is known by them and kinda separating the racial difference

The only part that doesn't make sense is to have his weapon drawn and not announce himself...

Well if hes packen weapons and a school cop he has to be registered and known by the cops. The gun was in plain view and no one was bothered by it as if they all knew he was packen. He is also moving and acting like law enforcement at the point where he crosses the camera hand the way he holding the pistol is directly pointing to training.. Got to be gang task force and I'm willing to bet there were a couple known gang members there
 
How can you tell he says it? He is behind the cop when he says it?

I don't think the under cover cop would be walking around with a gun in his hand.

Ah grasshopper your powers of observation are lacking tonight.. Just trust me or just watch 15 seconds of it a few times. And on top of my observation if you notice she gave up the fight when he showed up and stood there. in fact if you watch closely a couple people in the crowd including the girl that got punched didn't act a fool. She didn't run away cause he was there and knew who she was. If it was just one plain closed cop they would of just ran.

I can slow down three you tube videos and replay them a hundred times its not a beer It might be a tazer but it befenitily is a weapon you can see his triger finger in the ready non leathel position with his hand gripping a handle and a gun barrel or tazer "barrel". That add whith what he said and his postiure there is no refusing the eveadence

x2!! It is for SURE some sort of weapon, being tazer, or pistol.

If he was a cop why would his hand be on the trigger? Isn't that a no-no? I am not a pro with guns, but aren't you suppose to wait to put your finger on the trigger.
