Diff ?'s

I don't remember the ratio for figuring compatible diff ratio's. I have a 4.37 welded third member and I have an open 4.30 third. Can I swap them? If not, it looks the the carriers are the same. So if all else fails I think I can swap them instead. Or, I suppose I could just weld the open diff instead.

From what I have read it is 1% diffrence

most toyota diffs are interchangable, not sure on a 2wd model. assuming thats the 4:30 came from. Check on Pirate, http://www.pirate4x4.com/tech/
