Domestic Violence II (pic heavy)

Not much to show as the small stuff doesn't jump out and scream "progress". It all has to get done at some point. So for the sake of adding a few more pics ...

We have had terrible luck with those small batteries, We used the Odyssey??? same size as that one and bumping the winch to tighten the slack on the front suspension kill's the motor 9 out of 10 times.

The new battery has more power than the Odyssey 925 that is in my old buggy. I had zero problems with that battery, even when winching.
but we will see.

was the winch a t-max by chance:D

9.0rc I'm pretty sure nothing pulls amperage like a warn

in this case I think James should give me his warn since Im running a big heavy optima:redneck: and I promise to winch him when ever he needs it:flipoff:

How about those tmax's you and your buddies swore by a few month's ago:haha:

More Spidertrax goodness showed up in the form of axle shafts. They never fail to impress with the quality of components they produce. I do wonder why they don't make high strength ujoints. It would seem to be a natural fit for their product line.

Tear down started as it's getting closer to final weld on the chassis. Starting with the knuckles and housing getting the remaining gussets and welds laid down. Steering arms on the knuckles were finished today. Rear truss still has a little more work to be done.

:bling::bling::worship::worship: Wow those are purdddy welds there james!!!!!!:beer::beer: are the shafts 300m....:eeek::eeek:

He went with 4340. They don't offer a 300m version of the yoke at this time. So even if you got the 300m shaft the yoke would still be 4340.
