Electrician needed

I need someone to pull a permit and double check my work.
I am building a garage and need to do the electric work.
I live in Madison, TN.
I have to pull an electrical permit because I am getting a new drop to the garage.
NES will not put the transformer and drop in unless the permitted work is complete.
I have some electrical experience but codes won't let me pull a permit.
Let me know if you can help me.
