Sometimes it's the little details that no one will ever notice that make all the difference

These will protect drive from the driveshaft coming apart

Not much room in here. This shield keeps the driveshaft from ripping through the seats of something should go bad

Man, that's some cool work. I really like the layering look on some of the panels. And they're all so precise that they look like something a production vehicle would have, but cooler.

I stopped by Motobilt today to check it out, WOW I had no ideal E was going to take it to this level. Dan and his crew are simply working magic with this rig. Garrett (sp?) spent some time talking and answering questions while I sat in the seat. They stretched the Smith frame seven inches, I am 6' 2'', sitting in the seat I could stretch my legs all the way out. I can't wait to see this out on the trail. RTR

This thing is gonna be badass! flashemifyougotem

I have to ask though, with all the top quality parts and work going into this thing why not get rid of those shitty e-clips on the t-case shifter linkage and go with some 3/8" heims and bolts. I hate those damn clips. It really sucks when you have to tear half the interior out of your buggy in the middle of the woods so you can ziptie your t-case shifter back together when one of those ****ers falls out. Ask me how I know. At least it does look like it would be a little easier to get to on this rig.

Anyway, carry on with your badass work. :smoke: This thing makes me want to light both my piles on fire.

Bad to the bone true work of art you are the man Dan :smoke:somebody is going to be very lucky to own that beast

What is the purpose of a flange to a yoke? Why not just a yoke to begin with?
No straps/ubolts, higher working angle, can make "custom" flange yokes for pretty much any tcase, cheaper to make than custom yoke (think 40spline.com's 14 bolt yokes)

It looks odd at first, but kinda makes sense for this kind of application.

Also I'm not so sure about the yokes available for the 34 spline outputs on the hero case

Easy way to make 1480 yoke for transfer case.?
