No, but I've pulled a couple out that have had the whole carrier cracked in 1/2. ....For some reason there was "clunk, clunk".... :P

looks to me like someone didnt tighten center pin bolt. or it broke.

It was tight... it simply snapped perfectly in half.

I've seen this in another jeep I have worked on. The center pin bolt on an ARB snapped in half. It was enough though to keep the center pin installed. Quite the ***** when trying to pull the shafts to do maintenance on the rig, but it worked for years being a "two piece" center bolt.

I cleaned up half of it tonight and looked at it. It was a perfect break right in the center. Almost like it was cut, but you can tell that it was broke.

I finally figured out why it failed... I didn't use sinosoidal defibulation retractors.
