Filling coilovers

I've never delt with coilovers, here's what I have is 2 14" king 3.0 coilovers. Drained fluid cause I got them used. They have remote reservoirs. I've done a bit of Google and read to fill the shocks up with fluid and charge it, maybe add some in the reservoir. Can I get a run done from a expert. Has 350/450 springs
